About returning product

Returning a product

In the case that the product you have bought is defective or otherwise not suitable for you, you can return it if the product is unused, sellable, unharmed and in the original package. If you order a wrong product, we will not refund the full payment. Every wrong purchase will be handled case by case.

Nahka-aitta does not have a general product return policy which means that the expense of the return will be covered by the client.

NB! Custom-made products are always non-returnable!
